The Bubble House is 3m wide, 4.5m long and 2.5m high. Please ensure there is a big enough area for it at your venue.
The Jumping Castle is 3m wide, 3m Long and 3m high. Please ensure there is a big enough area for it at your venue.
Please ensure there is a wall plug not more than 10m away from the location of the Bubble House or Jumping Castle. Each blower needs its own plug point. An extension will be supplied with the product.
If you are planning on having the Bubble House and/or Jumping Castle outside on a paved area, please let us know so we can bring along some sandbags. If the area has grass or is inside, no sandbags are necessary. Please ensure there is a suitable FLAT area.
In the case of rain please have an alternative area available for the Bubble House and/or Jumping Castle to be placed inside or an area where at least the blower and extension cord will not get wet.
In the event of load shedding we are not responsible for any refunds or rescheduling. Please check your load shedding schedule and let us know if we should accommodate accordingly. Please note the use of a generator can damage the blower and is not permitted. Please refer to FAQs Document.
When choosing options with Balloons please ensure to communicate what colour balloons you would like us to use. You can choose up to 3 colours.
Please ensure that one of the Bubblehouse doors is closed at all times to prevent balloons from shooting out. Please refer to FAQs document
Delivery charges of R7/km will be charged from Table Bay Mall
Cancellation policy: We do accept cancellations, but we prefer postponements.
A cancellation one month or more before the event will result in a refund but with a R200 handling fee deducted.
A cancellation less than a month before the event will result in a refund but with a R500 handling fee deductible.
A cancellation less than a week before the event will have no refund but we will accept a postponement if the decided date is available.
Liability Disclaimer
By renting and/or using any inflatable bubble house or related equipment provided by Bubbleandfunco, the customer (acknowledges and agrees to the following terms when selecting ”Read Terms and Conditions” when requesting services from Bubbleandfunco. These terms are added to the site from 10 April 2025.
Assumption of Risk
The User understands and acknowledges that the use of inflatable structures involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, property damage, or death. The User voluntarily assumes all such risks.Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bubbleandfunco, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries (including death), losses, damages, or expenses that may occur as a result of the use of our equipment, regardless of whether such incidents arise from negligence or otherwise.Supervision Required
The User agrees to provide responsible adult supervision at all times while the inflatable equipment is in use. Failure to provide proper supervision may increase the risk of injury or harm.Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bubbleandfunco, its employees, owners, and agents from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, or costs resulting from the use of the rented equipment.Compliance with Local Laws
The User agrees to comply with all South African lawas and safety regulations. Bubbleandfunco reserves the right to deny service if the setup location or conditions are deemed unsafe.
By using our services or equipment, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood this waiver of liability.
